Catoosa County Board of Commissioners is seeking sealed written bids from qualified vendors to provide and install 27 Verkada cameras for the Catoosa County Library. An onsite preproposal meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at 10:00 a. m. at the library. Bid documents are available on the county website. Two copies of the bid must be submitted in person, by mail, or overnight delivery to Josh Smith, Projects Administrator, 800 Lafayette Street, Ringgold, GA ****, by 2:00 p. m. EST on Thursday, June 18, 2026. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. The envelope must be clearly marked with RFP **** and the respondent's name and address. All written questions must be submitted via email to ***@***. *. * by Friday, June 12, 2026, at 12:00 p. m. No other contact with county employees is permitted and may result in disqualification. Responders must have minimum workers' compensation and general liability insurance. Evidence of necessary federal, state, or local licenses and permits is required. Contractors and subcontractors must register and participate in E-Verify, with certification required from the respondent. A copy of a current business license or occupational tax certificate issued in Georgia is required; if not provided, one must be obtained from Catoosa County if awarded the contract. Qualifications of the respondent will be reviewed before award. Catoosa County reserves the right to accept or reject any bids, waive formalities, and re-advertise. The contract is subject to a payment agreement. All bids submitted must remain open for acceptance for 60 days from the bid receipt date.

The contract between Catoosa County and the selected responder shall be subject to the payment agreement drawn up between Catoosa County and the selected responder.
Qualifications of the respondent will be reviewed before the award of the contract.
Responder must have minimum workers comp and general liability insurance in full force and effect. No bid will be considered unless it is accompanied by satisfactory evidence that the respondent holds any and all necessary or required federal, state or local licenses andor permits. Pursuant to ****, all contractors and subcontractors performing work within the state of georgia on a contract with a public employer must register and participate in a federal work authorization everify. Catoosa county will require certification from respondent that this requirement has been met. Each respondent shall submit with its bid a copy ofcurrent business license or occupational tax certificateissued in the state of georgia. If respondent cannot provide this license, it will be required to obtain one from catoosa county if it is awarded this contract.
