Lincoln County is seeking bids for the repair and reconstruction of Coe Bridge and Tully Bridge. Bids must be submitted in hard copy and PDF via USB by July 16, 2026, 10:00 AM MDT. Questions are due by July 9, 2026, 5:00 PM MDT. The project involves various structural repairs, sealing, rebuilding slopes, removing fencing, filling voids, and installing signposts. Award will be to the lowest responsible bidder. A bid guaranty of 5% is required. Contract completion is 75 days for substantial completion and 105 days for final completion.
Bids must be received with a time stamp by Thursday, July 16, 2026, no later than 10:00 a. m. MDT.
This contract allows the owner to make payment within 45 days after submission of an undisputed request for payment.
If a contract is to be awarded, it will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder whose evaluation by owner indicates to owner that the award will be in the best interest of the project.
To demonstrate his qualifications for the project, each bidder must be prepared to submit within five 5 days of owners written request a written statement of bidders qualifications on the form contained herein or as prescribed by the owner, including the contractor prequalification survey.
Liquidated damages are one thousand dollars **** per calendar day the project is not substantially complete and one thousand dollars **** per calendar day the project is not finally complete.
Before submitting a bid, each bidder must visit the site to be familiarized with local conditions that may in any manner affect cost, progress, or performance.
According to state procurement regulations, any protest of the award must be submitted in writing within fifteen 15 days of written notice of award.
Bidders will be deemed nonresponsive if the bids are received after the bid date. Oral, telephonic, or telegraphic bids are invalid and will not receive consideration.
