Any contractor requests for clarifications shall be answered via amendment to the solicitation and shall be received no later than 15 June 2026 at 2:00 p. m. eastern standard time.

Quotes that do not include all required documents may be considered incomplete and may not be considered. Failure to request drawings through the contract specialist may result in the proposal not being accepted.

The anticipated period of performance for the contract is an estimated ninety-two (92) calendar days, subject to change at the discretion of the government.

Foreseeable costs such as crew lodging, messing, rental vehicles, fuel, and authorized crew travel in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulations will be added to the pricing and will be an economic consideration for award.

Companies must have capabilities necessary to meet or exceed the stated requirements and provide all necessary facilities, materials, equipment, and personnel to perform dry dock repairs. Specific documentation regarding business size and certifications is also required.

Failure to respond or submit information in sufficient detail may result in a company not being considered a likely offeror when making a decision on whether or how to set aside a solicitation for restricted competition.
