Payment will be made by the USCG Finance Center. Invoices are submitted to the USCG Finance Center. 10% of the total contract price will be withheld until all deliverables are received and accepted.
Work or materials found to be defective or deficient within 60 days from redelivery will be corrected by the contractor at their own expense. The government is entitled to rely on longer guarantees if provided by the contractor or subcontractor.
The government intends to award one firm-fixed-price contract to the responsible quoter whose quote conforming to the solicitation offers the best value to the government using the lowest price technically acceptable approach.
Offerors must provide a completed ****, schedule of supplies and services, past performance documentation, small business self-certification (if applicable), welding certifications and procedures, proof of insurance, drydock certification, AMMP/NACE Level 3/QP1 certification, planning document, SAM UEI, JCP certification, and a completed representation and certifications form.
Any contractor requests for clarifications shall be answered via amendment to the solicitation and shall be received no later than 15 June 2026 at 2:00 p. m. eastern standard time.
Quotes that do not include all required documents may be considered incomplete and may not be considered. Failure to request drawings through the contract specialist may result in the proposal not being accepted.
