The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to provide preventative maintenance, emergency service, and remote diagnostic services for nitrogen determinators at the Eastern Laboratory (EL). The contract includes annual preventative maintenance, a minimum of two emergency service visits per contractual period, and access to remote troubleshooting. The contractor must provide a tentative maintenance schedule within 15 days of contract award. All work must be performed during normal business hours (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays), with 24-hour notice for after-hours or weekend support. Onsite response time will not exceed 48 hours after a service call is authorized. The contractor must provide documentation of trained and certified employees, and use new parts meeting manufacturer specifications. The government will review 100% of deliverables and provide written acceptance or rejection within 30 days of receipt. Travel costs for service personnel are included in the contract. Employees requiring access to the facility must provide valid picture identification at least 24 hours in advance. This is a sole source requirement for consultation hours to support Simics, a Wind River product. The contractor will provide 300 hours of remote consulting, 150 hours of remote engineering consultation for Simics F16 block 30, and 150 hours for F16 block 50. The Navajo Nation is seeking a qualified partner to provide telehealth services and a custom-branded digital platform. Proposals are due by 5:00 PM MST on May 23, 2025. The proposal must not exceed 20 pages, including the cost proposal. The proposal must include a transmittal letter, executive summary, disclosure of conflicts of interest, recognition of Navajo Nation sovereignty, offeror information, resumes of key personnel, required documentation (certificates, licenses, NBOA priority classification, non-collusion certification, debarment and suspension certification, certificate of good standing, IRS Form W-9, certificate of insurance, joint venture agreements if applicable), a list of subcontractors (if any), and a separately sealed cost proposal. The evaluation committee may request additional information or clarification. The successful bidder will be notified in writing. The contract will be for one year with two one-year options to renew.
