The contract requires the contractor to provide all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and services for the safe, secure, and humane detention of individuals in ICE custody for periods of approximately two weeks or less. The facility and services must guarantee humane treatment, protection from harm, appropriate medical and mental health care, and the rights and protections to which detainees are entitled.
