Firms must have proper certifications or licenses for the services/products specified, ensure project work meets all local, state and federal laws, regulations and ordinances, have the capacity to acquire all required permits, bonds, escrows or insurances, provide appropriate project supervision and quality control procedures, and have appropriate material, equipment and labor to perform the job safely and efficiently.
