This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. ** Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond ( if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded** 1. tRemove existing roofing and underlayment to MTL decking ( roof C) or LWCF ( roofs D- H) 2. tRoof C a. tMechanically attach 2 layers of 2. 2 Poly- iso Insulation b. tMechanically attach 1 layer of coverboard. c. tApply one layer of SBS- modified bitumen fiberglass mat base ply in cold asphaltic adhesive. d. tInstall one ply of granule surfaced SBS modified bitumen cap ply in cold asphaltic adhesive. 3. tRoof D- H a. tAdhere vented base sheet b. tApply one layer of SBS- modified bitumen fiberglass mat base ply in cold asphaltic adhesive. c. tInstall one ply of granule surfaced SBS modified bitumen cap ply in cold asphaltic adhesive. 4. tInstall new metal flashing around perimeter of flat roof area. 5. tInstall new access ladders. Install new walk pads as indicated on drawings

The project is for the State Houses, General Housing Units, Facility Building, Minimum Security Unit, East Region Training Center, Restricted Housing Unit, and the Gym/Chapel/Academic Building. The total roof square footage of work is approximately 196, 440 SF of roofing material to be removed and replaced. The existing roof systems are two- ply modified bitumen, asphalt shingle, and metal roofs. The new roofs will be a two- ply SBS modified biumen re- cover system, asphalt shingles, and a sheet metal roof. All pre- finished metal roof coping caps, flashings, accessories and terminations are to be replaced. Some buildings not receiving a new roof will also receive new gutters and downspouts.
