Car Cleaning Government Bids & RFPs

The contract term is from 08/01/2026 to 07/01/2027, with potential extensions for up to five years. Services must be performed within the specified period.

Invoices will be submitted monthly for completed services. Payment is contingent upon satisfactory completion of services. The contractor must be registered in the institution's vendor portal before payment can be made. The contractor shall submit monthly invoices, in form and substance acceptable to the institution with all of the necessary supporting documentation, prior to any payment.

Contracts and purchases will be made with the lowest, responsible, qualified bidder. The quality of the articles, conformity with specifications, suitability to requirements, cash discount offered, and delivery terms will be considered.

Bidders must complete a criminal background check and be physically able to perform duties. They must also have procedures for ensuring adequate staffing and key/access card security. Insurance requirements include commercial general liability and workers' compensation.

If keys/access cards are lost by bidder personnel, the bidder will be assessed a **** to **** reduction per key from the invoice.

All questions related to this RFQ must be submitted in writing by 07/13/2026 to ***@***. *. * questions will be entertained after the submittal deadline.

Failure to agree to final contract terms, failure to provide required documentation, or submitting non-responsive pricing may lead to rejection of the bid.

Proposals must be received no later than July 27, 2026, at 4:00 PM EDT. The anticipated service start date is October 1, 2026.

The BPW reserves the right to award the contract to the responsive and responsible bidder whose proposal represents the best overall value considering price, service quality, references, product quality, transition plan, and overall completeness of the proposal.

Suppliers shall provide company history, ownership information, years in business, local service facility location, description of municipal and industrial customers served, and three references from customers receiving comparable services.

Samples of all products must be provided and approved by the BPW in advance of contract award. Approved products shall remain unchanged throughout the contract term unless otherwise approved in writing by the BPW. BPW reserves the right to reject products that differ from the approved samples.

The undersigned acknowledges that any violation of the noncollusion certification may result in rejection of the proposal, termination of any resulting contract, and any other remedies available under applicable law.

The contract completion time is 60 days after notice to proceed.

The material and workmanship shall include a 1-year warranty.

Contractors must be registered in SAM. gov. Employees must possess required licenses for operating heavy equipment, welding, and material handling equipment. All personnel must complete Antiterrorism Level 1 awareness training.

A pre-bid meeting and site visit is scheduled for July 9, 2026, at 9:30 AM AST. While not mandatory, it is critical for mitigating risks. Registration is required by July 8, 2026.

The governments target price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
