This is a Sources Sought Synopsis from the United States Air Force (USAF) for market research to identify businesses capable of providing an alternative product for a DVD/Blu-ray Point Plan Collection Development system. The system must allow the Department of the Air Force Libraries Division to meet DVD/Blu-ray demands for 63 general libraries.
