Approximately 400 gallons of water will be required to flush each hole. Methane monitoring is the responsibility of the contractor, and if methane is encountered, the contractor must immediately implement a plan to secure the area. This may require the contractor to cap the hole or insert 3- inch diameter PVC casing to a minimum of 10 ft above the ground or as designated by the engineer.
