Deliveries are to be made to the receiving officer, Dahlgren Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, VA, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a. m. to 2:30 p. m. , local time. Deliveries will not be accepted after 2:30 p. m. or on government holidays. The overall contract delivery period is specified in the schedule.
