The bid must be received by April 22, 2026, at 3:00 PM CT.

The contractor shall provide a written one-year workmanship warranty after the date of substantial completion to cover all elements of work to be free of defects. Manufacturers' standard material/equipment warranties are to be provided for all new items.

For the material safety data sheets (MSDS), 1 copy in paper format is required no later than 30 calendar days prior to delivery of the equipment. For the preshipment testing report, 1 copy in paper format is required no later than 10 calendar days prior to delivery of the equipment. Maintenance manuals and operator manuals are to be provided with delivery of the equipment.
