Safety Data Sheets (SDS) must be submitted for each item to be delivered. The period of acceptance is 270 days. Offers may only be withdrawn in writing to the contracting officer and must be formally withdrawn in the OET. The government may limit the number of offers in the competitive range to the greatest number that will permit an efficient competition among the most highly rated offers.
