The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source for supplies or services. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals, quotations, or capability statements. Offers received within 45 days (30 days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered. The subject item requires government source approval prior to contract award. Interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. This is a sources sought synopsis, not a solicitation, to identify qualified potential sources for repairing and returning approximately 39 T6C integrated avionics computers. Interested parties must identify their small business status, any teaming arrangements, and describe similar services offered to the government and commercial customers within the past three years. Responses must include a rough order of magnitude (ROM) price and availability information. Responses must include all necessary spare parts, which must be new, original, recently manufactured (no older than 6 months), not obsolete or out of production, and authorized by the manufacturer. A 12-month warranty is required, starting from when the components are received. The supplier must respond to repair or calibrate damaged items within 60 calendar days if a defect is found during the warranty period. NASA intends to issue a sole source contract for the exchange of an inertial navigational computer. Interested organizations can submit their capabilities and qualifications in writing by 4:00 PM Central Standard Time on June 27, 2025. The government's decision not to compete this effort is at its discretion. Oral communications are not acceptable. NASA clause ****, Ombudsman, is applicable. Performance will be at NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC).

This is a single-source acquisition for two high-performance laser systems. The justification for not seeking competition is that only one vendor (Toptica Photonics, Inc. ) produces the required laser systems with the necessary specifications. The government will conduct thorough market research for future procurements to identify potential vendors with similar capabilities.
