Service providers warrant that all services performed will be done with the highest competence and care, and all materials and equipment will be new and of suitable grade. They also warrant against defects for twelve months after final acceptance. Proposals that do not conform to the length, font, or margin requirements may be rejected. Failure to provide a public viewing copy will be considered a waiver of any claim of confidentiality.
