The award will be based on the following factors: professional qualifications, specialized experience and technical competence, capacity to accomplish the work in the required time, past performance, and location in the general geographical area of the project and knowledge of the locality.
The contractor shall assign key personnel including a Principal Project Manager, Landscape Architect, Civil Engineer, Structural Engineer, and Electrical Engineer. The contractor shall be knowledgeable and incorporate requirements of FAR Part 23.
The contractor shall attend a minimum of one site visit with the COR prior to survey.
