The request for proposals closing date and time is March 12, 2026, at 2:00 PM, Pacific Time, as stated in the bid notice.

Contractor will be compensated on a monthly basis following submission of an invoice to clackamas county with accompanying documentation, including information required for federal or state reporting, according to the bid notice.

In the award of the contract, the board of county commissioners will consider the element of time, will accept the proposal or proposals which in their estimation will best serve the interests of clackamas county and will reserve the right to award the contract to the contractor whose proposal shall be best for the public good, as stated in the bid notice.

Only qualified firms with a minimum of five 5 years of verifiable experience in providing similar services will be considered, according to the bid notice.

Liquidated damages shall be assessed at: 250 per missed run beyond the allowed two 2 per week, as stated in the bid notice.

Competing proposers shall be given seven 7 calendar days from the date on the notice of intent to award to review the file at the procurement division office and file a written protest of award, pursuant to lcrb ****, according to the bid notice.

The bid notice states that the dates and delivery and acceptance are attached.

The offeror must send an email with the completed attachment 7 to the contracting officer and contract specialist to receive attachment 7 a route list, and attachment 7 b, commuting area zone information map.

Offerors shall submit questions concerning this solicitation, electronically, no later than 12:00 p. m. EST, 15 February 2026.
