Acquisition of commercial items: water testing services for VA Illiana Health Care System located in Danville, IL in accordance with the Statement of Work ( SOW). SPS water testing services for VA Illiana Health Care System located in Danville, IL in accordance with the statement of work ( SOW). Quarterly sample port testing shall be established for the noncritical watersteam lines. Reprocessing sinks, hot and cold water utility connections, ultrasonic cleaners, instrument washers, cart washer, AERs, steam condensate sample, steam water chemistry, and sterilizer connection point. A total of 26 total samples shall be collected quarterly. Subsequent collection, sampling, and reporting for any and all results that are greater than the acceptable limit per AAMI ST108: 2023 standard where a corrective action occurred and follow up testing.
