Warranty information should be included as evidence of understanding the requirement in the technical proposal.

The government will utilize the highest technically rated with a fair and reasonable price approach to determine the awardee.

Offerors are encouraged to provide up to 3 examples of past performance that is both recent and relevant. The government will also review past performance records in CPARS and FAPIIS.

Failure to provide all required proposal information may render the offeror's proposal unacceptable and remove them from further consideration for award.

The total minimum guarantee amount is ****.

The boats will be sold as-is with no warranties.

Bids are due by 2:00 PM CST on June 02, 2026. Delivery date is to be agreed upon after contract issuance.

Payment normally will be made to the contractor within 30 days after receipt of a properly prepared invoice or the receipt of and the acceptance of goods/services ordered, whichever is later.

The unit shall be warranted against defects in material and workmanship for the manufacturer's standard warranty for government use. The warranty begins on the date the unit is determined to meet specifications and accepted by TPWD.

TPWD will award a contract to the respondent whose quote is considered to be the best value to TPWD, price and other factors considered. The following factors may be used to evaluate bids: Lowest price, ability, qualifications and experience meeting or exceeding the requirement, delivery service schedule, past performance.

TPWD will only award a contract to an actively licensed marine dealer, manufacturer or manufacturer's authorized distributor. If a respondent is a manufacturer's authorized distributor, documentation of such is required to be furnished with bid submission.

Default in promised delivery days after receipt of order without accepted reasons or failure to meet specifications authorizes TPWD to purchase goods and services of this contract elsewhere and charge any increased costs for the goods and services, including the cost of resoliciting, to the contractor.

A pre-delivery inspection at the vendor's facility is mandatory prior to scheduling delivery.

Failure to sign the bid, failure to take exception to specifications or provide reference data, brand names, numbers, etc. , may result in bid being disqualified as nonresponsive and failing to meet minimum specifications.

The fastest delivery time after award needs to be provided, citing the delivery time to Buckley Space Force Base, Colorado.

Vendors are asked if a warranty is included, what the standard commercial warranty is, and what extended warranty options are available.
