Proposals are due by 2:00 PM EST on Wednesday, May 28, 2025. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the RFP requirements. The proposal shall cover a period of approximately three years, beginning when the contract is finalized and ending June 30, 2028. The contract may be extended for an additional consecutive three-year period. Proposals must be signed and dated by a duly authorized official of the submitting vendor. Proposals must include a letter of interest, a description of qualifications and experience, a fee structure, and samples of work. The small business subcontracting plan is not required as part of the bid package. The government encourages bidders to meet recommended subcontracting goals.

The City of Cedar Park is seeking a consultant to develop a comprehensive Master Resiliency and Resource Plan. The plan will integrate existing infrastructure plans, prioritize measures, and analyze various aspects of the city's operations, including utilities, water, reuse, conservation, energy efficiency, fleet, facilities, environmental programs, technology, and funding opportunities. Dredge material may be suitable for beneficial reuses at contractor furnished sites in accordance with the permit requirements of the specific reuse site.
