Vendors must be registered in SAM. gov. Evaluation will be based on technical factors (certifications, company experience) and price, using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method. All quotes must be in English, except for certificates.
The period of performance for the first lot is from September 18, 2026, to July 31, 2027. Subsequent lots have periods of performance from August 1, 2027, to July 31, 2031.
Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. Invoices must be submitted electronically via WAWF. Partial payments are authorized for actual services rendered.
Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
Quoters must provide a copy of their certificate of chamber of commerce, concession/authorization/license for renting a bus with driver, enrollment to the electronic national registry for passengers transport, and certificate of professional fitness for renting a bus with driver. Italian companies must also provide a certified D. U. R. C. and a self-certification for antimafia communication.
A virtual meeting will be held on August 18, 2026, at 09:30 hours via Microsoft Teams. Interested vendors must indicate their interest by submitting an email by August 15, 2026.
Questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted by email within ten (10) calendar days after the issuance date.
Failure to address all mandatory requirements may cause the quoter to be disqualified. Unrealistic, unbalanced, or unreasonable pricing may also cause a proposal to be determined unacceptable.
