The City of Huntsville is seeking proposals for biomonitoring analysis services. Sealed solicitations must be received by October 9, 2025, at 2:30 PM Central Daylight Time. The RFP packet must be delivered in a sealed envelope to the City Secretary, Purchasing Department, at the specified address. All questions concerning the solicitation should be directed to the procurement manager, Lucy Gonzalez, at the provided email address. The city reserves the right to award to the most responsible and responsive bidder in the best interest of the city based on price and/or best value. The contract will be effective for one year from the date of award and may be extended for three additional one-year renewals. Responders must provide detailed information about their operational capabilities, experience, regulatory compliance, and references. The city reserves the right to reject any bids that do not meet specifications or reject all bids if the project is not approved.
