Sealed proposals are invited for the 2026 paving project in the Village of Elm Grove. The project involves furnishing and machine laying of bituminous concrete surfacing, sanitary sewer manhole adjustments, line striping, milling, pulverizing, and shaping on various streets. Proposals are due by Friday, April 10th, 2026, at 10:00 a. m. , at which time they will be publicly opened. Specifications will be available starting Friday, March 27, 2026. A bid bond or certified check equal to 5% of the bid is required. The successful bidder must execute the contract and furnish a performance bond within 10 days of award. The Village may require a complete statement of material origin, composition, and manufacture, along with samples, for testing.
