The opening date specified on this posting is the due date for submittal of responses. Response submittals will not be accepted after the opening date and time.

Any one or more of the following causes may be considered sufficient for the disqualification of a bidder and the rejection of its bid or bids: evidence of collusion among bidders, lack of expertise, uncompleted work under other contracts, being in arrears on existing contracts, or defaulting on a previous contract.

The estimated bid amount is approximately $175,000 excluding sales tax.
