This is a combined synopsis solicitation for Tecplot 360 software renewal. The solicitation is for a firm fixed price purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures. Bidders are required to read the entire request for bids (RFP) and follow the instructions. Bids must be clearly labeled and delivered electronically via email to ***@***. *. * by Wednesday, October 8th, 2025, 2:00 PM CST. The city will not consider illegible bids or elaborate bids beyond what is sufficient to present a complete and effective bid. Electronic versions less than 20MB should be emailed to the address in section 1. 5. Complete and return Forms A through E to City of Madison Purchasing Services by the due date. Bidders are responsible for reviewing Appendix A (standard terms and conditions) and Appendix B (sample contract) prior to submission. The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. All information submitted may be made available for public inspection according to the public records law of the state of Wisconsin. Successful bidders will furnish annual usage reports summarizing the ordering history for each department served during the previous contract year. The city is exempt from payment of federal excise taxes and state of Wisconsin taxes. Bidders may choose to extend prices offered on bids to other municipalities. Bidders shall examine this RFP and exercise their judgment as to the nature and scope of the work required. The city reserves the right to postpone due dates and openings for its own convenience and to withdraw this solicitation at any time without prior notice.

This solicitation is for the purchase of glidescopes. Firm-fixed pricing and delivery order. The requirement will be at the Martinsburg VA Medical Center, Martinsburg, WV. The solicitation closes on Friday, July 18th, 2025, at 12:00 PM EST. Late submissions will not be accepted. Unrestricted and brand name only. NAICS code: **** code: **** quoters shall submit a completed SF1449. The government will formulate its offer from the information submitted. Quoters are allowed to submit more than one quote. Solicitation for Tecplus software licenses, prepared in accordance with FAR subpart 12. 6. The solicitation is set aside for small businesses. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with Cepheid GeneXpert for laboratory supplies. The contract covers reagents, supplies, maintenance, and technical support for the Cepheid GeneXpert equipment at the Cincinnati VA Medical Center. The contract period is one year, from April 15, 2025 to April 14, 2026. Responses to this notice of intent must be submitted by May 27, 2025, at 12:00 PM EST. The responses must include specific information about the vendor, including business name and address, GSA, FSS contract number, point of contact, UEI, SAM, NAICS code, business size, and type of business.
