The Austin Community College District (ACC) is soliciting proposals for student loan default prevention and counseling services. If the selected supplier is deemed not to have made a good faith effort to comply with the requirements of the original solicitation, acc shall report nonperformance relative to its contracts to the comptroller per its vendor performance tracking system vpts of the texas government code, section ****, as stated in the bid notice.
ACC may, at its sole discretion, request oral presentations, site visits, andor demonstrations from one or more respondents included in the competitive range, as stated in the bid notice.
Respondents must submit sample reports at the time of submission to the proposal response, according to the bid notice.
