The proposal due date for this RFP is June 8, 2026, no later than 3:00 p. m. PDT. Late submittals will not be accepted.

The evaluation of this RFPRFQ may be based upon, but not limited to: ability to provide competitive cost for the term of the agreement, quality of sample portfolio, successful athletics photography experience, agreement as to ownership of completed work, payment terms, and compliance with the terms and conditions of the RFQ.

Contractors must be qualified and submit a brief company profile including date of incorporation, business composition, the state under which the business is organized, and details on staff members and their experience. Previous experience with athletics photography is also required.

ISU requires that contractors submit samples of previous work as part of their bid submission.

Award of a contract will be based on the best overall proposal. Criteria may include price, customer references, estimated deliverable timeline, combination of offerings, quality of overall work, customer service and responsiveness, experience, and creativity.

Responsible bidders will be determined by the samples and references included in their proposal. At a minimum, bidders must demonstrate experience delivering professional photography services customary for their trade.

The supplier must provide 3 current customer references with samples of prior successful productions.
