The contractor will be reimbursed for actual allowable costs, without markup, as reported on the financial status report (FSR), and Network180 will reimburse within thirty days of receipt of an FSR.
Submitted proposals will be evaluated by a procurement review team in the following areas: 1. Experience, expertise, and staffing plan (35 points), 2. Compliance history and administrative capacity (15 points), 3. Program design, implementation, and outreach (15 points), 4. Cost proposal (26 points), 5. General requirements and proposal quality (9 points).
To be eligible for this procurement, bidders must meet the following criteria: Organization is incorporated in the state of Michigan. Organization is designated as a certified community behavioral health clinic (CCBHC) or can demonstrate other funding streams that can support the Navigate services. Organization must have a geographical catchment area with a population of at least 650,000 individuals or propose to receive funding for a partial team to provide services in a smaller catchment area. Organization must follow generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) for financial reporting, and must comply with the requirements of 2 CFR 200.
