The laundry equipment shall be delivered within ninety 90 days after the effective date of the contract.

Bid proposals must be submitted electronically by 03:00 PM CT on ****.

Proposals must include firm qualifications and experience details of similar facility inventory assessments completed for municipal or public sector clients.

There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting on August 6, 2026, at 10:00 a. m. in the 4th floor conference room at City Hall. Attendance is mandatory for all bidding contractors.

Proposals from contractors who did not attend the pre-bid meeting will be rejected. Any attempt by vendors during the proposal process to contact City of St. Joseph personnel may result in disqualification.

Delivery is requested within ninety (90) days after the receipt of order (ARO). Early shipments are encouraged at no additional cost to the government.

Award will be made upon determination of fair and reasonable pricing.

Inspection and acceptance under this contract will be performed at origin by Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA).

If the contractor fails or refuses to make repairs or replacements for damaged government property, the contractor shall be liable for the cost, which may be deducted from the contract price.

The contractor has the responsibility of visiting the site and examining the installation area. The Albuquerque TCPF will accommodate site visits as they are requested. The contractor must request a scheduled date to visit.

If the contractor causes damages to any government property, the contractor shall replace or repair the damage at no expense to the government.
