Forest Industry Biddings - Procurement Opportunities

The town of Guilford, in conjunction with the agricultural commission, is requesting bids for a license to harvest hay. Bids are to be submitted in sealed envelopes, marked bid 9 ****, by 9:30 a. m. on Thursday, May 8, 2025, to the office of the first selectman, located at 31 Park St, 2nd floor, Guilford, CT 93141905. The attached bid package contains further details.

Interested parties must submit responses by email to the points of contact by Friday, May 16th. Responses must clearly identify facility use needs and planned use of the real property requested. Responses should include organization name, address, primary point of contact, telephone number, business size and type, product or service line (NAICS code if available), approximate month and year when the real property facility is needed, a schedule of projected development activities, initial operational capability, and estimated duration for the proposed use, evidence of proposer's financial capability (e. g. , a general company business case or similar form of financial background summary), and any additional information relevant to achieving one or more of the objectives enumerated above. This notice is not a commitment by the government to enter into any contract or agreement, or negotiation of any contract or agreement. NASA will not pay for any information provided nor any administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. NASA will not provide information concerning or developed during its deliberative process. Interested parties may respond for up to 30 days from the date of posting. Please reference this notice in any response. NASA reserves the right to not outgrant all of the parcels nor the entire acreage of any one parcel at this time.
