Sampling is to be performed by the lab. The laboratory shall include the cost of blank testing in the unit prices and supply the Borough with current DMRQA study results.
Any bid document received after the deadline established by the Department of Purchasing will not be accepted. Failure to submit required documentation may be cause for rejection of the bid.
