The selection will be based on criteria weighted as: firm experience and qualifications (20), understanding of the district and proposed approach/methodology (20), career pathway and training capability/curriculum and instructional design (20), account team and key personnel (10), cost retainer for components A and B plus rate card (15), public sector K12 Delaware experience (10), and references and past performances (5).

Vendors must provide proof of a State of Delaware business license, respond to the scope of services, complete all attachments, and provide proof of insurance prior to the contract start.

Samples or brochures may be required by the agency for evaluation purposes.
