All goods and services must be warranted for one year upon acceptance or payment, free from defects in material, workmanship, and design.
The contract will be awarded to the bidder offering the best value, considering purchase price, vendor reputation, quality, and other factors.
Vendors must show proof of their ability to perform under the contract and may be rejected if they cannot meet requirements or have a past record of poor performance.
If a vendor fails to provide goods/services at quoted prices or breaches terms, Bryan ISD may insist they honor prices, pay the difference to the next acceptable bid, or pay the difference to the open market price.
