The vendor agrees to complete the upfit and deliver the patrol-ready vehicle within 60 days from the date the vehicle arrives at the vendor's upfitting facility. The vendor shall adhere to the NWRSLE vehicle upfitting standards for equipment. The NWRSLE retains the right to conduct onsite inspections of the completed vehicle at the vendor location prior to delivery. Manufacturers guarantees and warranties shall be provided. A copy of the manufacturers standard warranty shall be enclosed in the package or included with shipping documents, as appropriate, for each warranted item delivered under the purchase agreement, and included in a packet within each vehicle.
