This is a request for quotation (RFQ) for the installation of
emergency light bars, controllers, and sirens for 6 existing fleet
vehicles at Davis Monthan Air Force Base. All questions must be submitted by April 10, 2025, 2:00 PM EST, and all quotes by April 11, 2025, 2:00 PM EST. The government will award the contract to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation is most advantageous to the government, considering price and other factors. The lowest priced offer will be evaluated for technical acceptability. If found technically acceptable, award will be made. If not, the next lowest offer will be evaluated, and so on, until a lowest priced technically acceptable offeror is found. Past performance will not be evaluated. The offer should contain the offeror's best terms from a price and technical standpoint. The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses of Federal Acquisition Circular ****, DFARS provisions and clauses, and DAFFARS provisions and clauses. This procurement is a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) program set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is **** with a size standard of **** employees. The government reserves the right to make multiple or no award. Shipping delivery type is FOB destination. Quote submission must include, at minimum, those outlined in FAR **** as well as a projected delivery timeline. An ombudsman has been appointed to hear and facilitate the resolution of concerns from offerors. Consult the contracting officer first before consulting the ombudsman. Contractors shall not provide any service or product with any specification, standard, drawing, or other document that requires the use of a class I ozone-depleting substance (ODS) in the test, operation, or maintenance of any system, subsystem, item, component, or process.
