Oswego County is seeking bids for underground locating of its telecommunications facilities (approx. 28 miles, with more expected in 2026/2027). Bids must be submitted by October 15, 2026, at 2:00 p. m. via electronic submission on bidnet or sealed envelope. The contract term is three years, renewable. The award will be based on technical/esthetic qualities, reliability, vendor ability, understanding of needs, and price. Vendors must examine documents thoroughly and visit the site.

The award will be based in part on an analysis of the following criteria: technical and esthetic qualities of the bid, reliability, vendors ability, and facilities to provide the service called for, evaluation of the vendors proper understanding of the countys needs, and price.
