Service shall include monthly equipment inspection and service and shall include emergency service within twenty- four ( 24) hours, as necessary. All service shall include all parts and labor at no additional cost. Vendor shall perform quarterly inspections on each machine to ensure optimal operating performance of the machine. Vendor will assume all costs associated with regard to
travel, and any parts or material supplies needed to make each machine whole during quarterly inspections. Training: Contract vendor/lessor shall train parks personnel concerning the proper use and operation of dish machine and equipment. t t t Installation: Dish machine shall be installed in the same location as the existing unit. The existing machine will be removed by the owner or the park with the permission of the owner. The new contract vendor/lessor shall notify the park, or contract administrator, at least seventy- two ( 72) hours prior to delivery/installation. Dish machine should be installed within one ( 1) month after contract award. Machines must be traded out on a Sunday night after close of business and ready for operation at opening on Monday morning. Prices shall be inclusive of all delivery and installation charges.
