The Hesperia Unified School District is seeking proposals for a WAN. Proposals must be submitted by February 6, 2026, at 2:00 PM PST. The district will evaluate proposals based on pricing, completeness, experience, and transition plan. The initial contract term is for five years, with potential for renewal. Vendors must comply with E-rate program guidelines and provide a valid SPIN and FCC registration number. All inquiries must be submitted in writing via email to Sunny Jowers by January 23, 2026.
The due date and time for the receipt of proposals is on or before February 6, 2026 no later than 2:00 pm PST.
Award will be made not on the basis of price alone, but to those bidders whose proposal contains the most advantageous combination of price, proven performance, and services, and who, in the opinion of the district, will best serve the interests of the district.
The district is inviting proposals from qualified firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, or professional organizations operating as an WAN wide area network service providers.
In the event any of the provisions of this rfp are violated by the bidder, the district will give written notice to the bidder stating the deficiencies and unless these deficiencies are corrected within ten 10 days, recommendation will be made by the district for immediate cancellation.
The district will not consider any verbal protests e. g. , by telephone or any protests sent by electronic mail.
