Payment terms are accelerated payment net 15 payment within 15 days in arrears upon delivery of goods/services, after inspection acceptance, and receipt of a proper invoice.

The quote shall provide the warranty terms and conditions, and warrant shall be no less than 5years.

The government will award the contract to the contractor whose quote represents the best value for the government, price and other factors considered.

Prospective contractors must complete and submit the diar iee representation, **** indian economic enterprise representation and be properly registered in SAM. gov.

Prospective contractors who do not qualify under the solicitation set aside will be removed from further consideration.

On or before 08/31/2026 is preferred for complete delivery of all grills.

The quote may be determined nonresponsive and removed from further consideration if it contains incomplete pricing or verbiage which indicates that price is subject to change after award. Failure to comply with all instructions and address the evaluation factors may result in the quote being found nonresponsive and/or technically unacceptable.
