Bids are requested for medical equipment and supplies. Bid opening is August 6, 2026, at 10:00 AM CST. Bids must be submitted by 9:45 AM CST on the same date. A mandatory site visit is required. Payment terms are Net 30. Quantities are approximate. Vendors must specify brand and model number. Substitutions require prior approval.

Payment terms are Net 30 after receipt of a properly executed invoice or delivery and acceptance, whichever is later.
The manufacturers standard published warranty and provisions shall apply, unless more stringent warranties are otherwise required by SOWELA and specified in the solicitation.
Bidders must sign the bid, certifying compliance with all instructions and that the bid is made without collusion or fraud. Bidders must specify the brand and model number of the product offered.
Failure to deliver within the time specified in the bid award will constitute a default and may be cause for contract cancellation. SOWELA reserves the right to purchase goods on the open market and surcharge the vendor with costs in excess of the contract price.
A mandatory site visit is required. Prospective bidders must visit and examine the jobsite. Contact the buyer of record for further information.
Written inquiries for interpretation must be received no later than five (5) calendar days prior to the opening of bids.
Late delivery, failure to meet mandatory bid requirements, submitting bids on other forms, bids not specifying brand and model number, and unauthorized substitutions may result in disqualification.
