Lot 12: Materials Cost: The Vendor shall provide all materials, parts, equipment, etc. used for each emergency response. The Vendor shall attempt in every practical way to ensure that the materials provided under this contract are at the lowest possible cost to the Commonwealth and are comparable to or less than those prices charged to the contractors most favorable customers. NOTE: All material supplied shall be institutional, industrial, and/or commercial grade, whichever is more stringent, in accordance with the standards of the industry. A copy of the priced material invoice shall be submitted with each vendor invoice to the Commonwealth. There shall not be a percentage upcharge for parts provided by the technician due to KRS **** ( Cost Plus Contract Prohibited) and Federal Acquisition Regulations. Repair parts shall be provided by the contract vendors at cost to the facility.

Lot 1: Supervisor ( Overtime Rate) Normal working hours are 7: 00 AM to 4: 30 PM however; the environmental emergency response team will have 24- hour access when responding to hazardous spill response requests ( overtime shall be 4: 31 PM ET to 6: 59 AM ET. )
