This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items to provide park attendant services to the Pine Bluff Project Office. Services include providing personnel, equipment, and supplies. The acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. Quotes are due by June 23, 2026, 10:00 AM CST, and must be submitted via email. Award will be based on price. Offerors must have an active SAM registration. Performance periods include a base period and two option periods.
Quotes are due no later than 23 June 2026, at 10:00 am CST. The performance periods are: Base Period: Date of contract award - Feb 28, 2027; Option Period 1: March 1, 2027 - Feb 29, 2028; Option Period 2: March 1, 2028 - Feb 28, 2029.
Payment invoices will be processed once monthly for each day worked at the applicable contract unit price. Payment will be made within 30 days after receipt of a properly completed invoice.
Award will be made based on price.
Offerors or quoters are required to have an active federal government contracts registration in SAM when they submit an offer or quotation. If your firm does not have an active SAM account that is set to all awards at the time of quote submission, your firm will be ineligible for award.
Any deficiency that is not corrected within two hours may result in a payment deduction equal to the government's cost to correct the deficiency.
Potential contractors are urged to inspect the areas they are interested in before they submit a quote in order to become familiar with the size and scope of the area and the required duties.
If your firm does not have an active SAM account that is set to all awards at the time of quote submission, your firm will be ineligible for award. Failure to complete services listed in the PWS and SPS may be grounds for termination.
