Customer Acquisition Government Bids & RFPs

The period of performance shall begin on the award date of the contract and continue until the government determines that all deliverables described herein are complete. The exact dates are to be determined upon award and agreed upon by both the VA and the contractor.

To be considered all interested, responsible sources must submit a capability statement to include: company experience in providing services as described above, to include number of years and any examples of current contracts in place with government or commercial entities; customer point of contact information for contracts listed in company experience along with a description of equipment serviced under the contract; verification of authorization and training related to servicing referenced equipment; number of qualified maintenance personnel employed; UEI number, organization name, organization address, point of contact, business size under the above listed NAICS, and socioeconomic status.

The bid notice states that the proposed acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns, and the specific type of set aside will be addressed in the solicitation through inclusion of appropriate clauses such as FAR ****, FAR ****, FAR ****, FAR ****0, or DFARS ****.

The RFI responses are due by April 10, 2026, at 4:00 PM ET.

Respondents are requested to provide information on company information, relevant experience in parking garage automation and management, and technical capabilities.

A non-mandatory Industry Day is scheduled for March 12, 2026, which includes a parking garage walk-through. Attendance is by prior registration only and limited to two representatives per company.

Written questions regarding the RFI must be submitted by March 20, 2026, at 3:00 PM Eastern.

The bid notice states that the delivery points require indefinite quantities of fresh fruit and vegetables throughout the term of the contract, which has a total length of five years. A more detailed listing of the delivery sites can be found in the solicitation.

The bid notice states that the government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror's whose offer's conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The source selection method for this procurement will be the lowest price technically acceptable LPTA source selection procedures.

The contracting officer will require an offeror to submit a valid USDA Harmonized Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) Plus Standard Audit with warehouse and food defense addenda, or an independent third party certifying company audit report(s) for each place of performance identified in the offeror's proposal.
