This is a small purchase quotation for remodel modernization services for the Auburn Housing Authority (AHA). Bidders must submit a hard copy quote by April 27, 2026, at 3:00 PM CT. A site visit is mandatory and can be arranged by contacting Tony Askew. All questions must be submitted in writing through the housing agency marketplace no later than 7 calendar days prior to the submission deadline. The AHA reserves the right to reject any or all quotes. The contract will be awarded on a low quote basis, considering responsiveness and responsibility. Bidders must be licensed by the State Licensing Board of General Contractors of Alabama and provide their license number with the quote. Insurance certificates and licenses will be required from the successful vendor prior to contract execution.
The sealed hard copy quote documentation must be received in hand and timestamped by Auburn Housing Authority by no later than 3:00 PM, April 27, 2026.
