All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. The U. S. The equipment is expected to be delivered and installed within 90 days of the notice to proceed.

Approved invoices less retainage will be paid within 30 days of approval. A 10% retainage will be held until the project is 50% complete, and a 5% retainage thereafter.

Bidders shall have up to 48 hours to notify the Lumpkin County Purchasing Department, in writing, of an obvious clerical error made in the calculation of the bid in order to withdraw a bid after bid opening.
