Qualified respondents shall be licensed contractors in the state of Utah for this type of work, meet Ogden City's insurance and bonding requirements, and have experience with all work defined in the scope of work. Prequalification requires manufacturers to submit a list of at least 10 previous installations of similar size with contact information, preliminary drawings and process calculations, a letter stating compliance with specifications (addressing any deviations), and letters of current AWS certification.

A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held onsite at the Ogden City Water Treatment Plant on March 24, 2026, at 11 am. All firms intending to submit a proposal are encouraged to attend.
