All services described in the scope of work must commence within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of purchase order and must be completed within sixty (60) calendar days, or as otherwise determined by the tribe.

The tribe will evaluate submissions based on on-time and complete submission, license requirements, projected completion date and lead time, previous performance, statement of qualifications, current and pending workload, and pricing versus the market.

Bidders must have an existing active funded service agreement with the Tribe's Housing Department, be the prime contractor, hold a current certified license relevant to these services, have a minimum of one year of experience, and maintain a fully equipped organization.

A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for June 30, 2026, at 11:00 am at **** George Billie Rd, **** Clewiston, FL, **** is mandatory for award eligibility.

Questions must be submitted by July 3, 2026, at 5:00 pm through BidNet Direct.

Failure to attend the pre-bid conference, arriving more than ten minutes late to the pre-bid conference, not submitting all required documentation, altering provided files, or violating the cone of silence may result in disqualification.

Responses must be received no later than Tuesday, July 23, 2026, at 10:00 AM EST. Furniture delivery will be required December 2026.

The advanced recliner has a limited lifetime warranty.

The VA is seeking potential qualified sources and their size classification relative to NAICS ****.

The contractor shall be responsible for providing all sample materials for awarded product 2-day delivery as requested by VA interior designer.

Delivery must be made as ordered and in accordance with the terms of the contract. Unless otherwise specified, delivery shall be made within thirty calendar days after receipt of a purchase order by the contractor.

Prompt payment discounts will not be considered in determining the low bid, but the commissioner may consider any prompt payment discount in resolving bids which are otherwise tied.

The commissioner reserves the right to request from the bidder/contractor representative samples of the product offered at any time prior to or after award of a contract. Samples must be furnished within the time specified in the request.

Bidder may be disqualified from receiving awards if bidder, or anyone in bidder's employment, has previously failed to perform satisfactorily in connection with public bidding or contracts.

Service performance site delivery date is 30 SEP 2026.

Payment will be made by Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system. Invoices are to be submitted electronically.

The government intends to evaluate quotations and award a contract without discussions with quoters on a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis.

This acquisition is a small business set aside.
