Contra Costa County Probation Department is seeking proposals for juvenile justice reentry programs for youth aged 15-21. The contract period is three years. Applicants must have state or federal recognition, be registered with the California Secretary of State, not be debarred or suspended, and provide evidence of insurance. They must also demonstrate a documented history of similar service delivery for at least three years, interagency collaboration experience, and place-based experience within the community.
Failure to adhere to policies, such as submitting late proposals or non-conforming responses, may result in disqualification or exclusion from consideration.
