Respondents must be qualified certified public accounting firms, located and authorized to do business in the state of new york with strong background in the accounting of government financial statements and experience with public authorities accountability act of **** paaa, and the public authorities reform act of **** para.
Proposals received after the deadline will not be considered and no contact with any authorities personnel other than the authorized contact person is allowed until an award has been made. violation of this provision may be grounds for immediate disqualification.
