Proposals must be received by December 4th, 2026 at 11:00 a. m. at Ramapo Town Hall. proposals shall be received by the owner at the ramapo town hall, 237 route 59, suffern, new york ****, until december 4th, 2026 at 11: 00 a. m.

Invoices paid within 30 days after receipt, with up to 10% retainage for damages. the school districts shall pay the contractors invoices within thirty 30 days after receipt

Contract can be terminated for violation of terms with 30 days written notice. reserve the right to terminate the contract for reasons of violation by the successful bidder
