The project is a multi-phase RFP to obtain a complete wayfinding interior signage solution, including fabrication, delivery, and placement recommendations, for Lansing Community College, starting with the HHS building. Proposals must be submitted electronically via BidNet Direct by October 14, 2026, at 2:00 p. m. The selected vendor must furnish all labor, materials, and equipment. The college evaluates based on responsiveness, responsibility, and best value. Delivery of signs is expected by January 2027.

Invoices are payable only after inspection and acceptance.
The vendor warrants that goods and services conform to specifications and other incorporated data, are merchantable, free from defects, fit for lccs intended purpose, and free from defects in workmanship.
LCC will evaluate proposals based on responsiveness, responsibility, and best value.
Proposals must include company history, years in operation, ownership structure, and describe experience providing signage fabrication.
Liquidated damages shall be assessed at a rate of **** per day for each 100,000 of the contract price.
The selected bidder shall be responsible for reviewing existing conditions and providing recommendations regarding the appropriate placement, location, visibility, orientation, and mounting height of signage.
