The County of Chautauqua seeks qualified real estate appraisal professionals on an as-needed basis. Assignments require preparing appraisal reports compliant with USPAP and NYS OPRHP standards. Evaluation is based on a weighted score across firm qualifications, personnel qualifications, technical approach, project experience, availability, references, and fee proposal.
