The contract is awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. the contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder offering the best price and awarded based on the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
Bidders must be responsible, with references from current cleaning contracts. contractors will furnish with their proposal, a list of references for those clients to which they are currently under contract for cleaning services.
Payment reductions apply for inadequate performance. failure to accomplish or satisfactorily accomplish any work required under this contract where due to the fault of the contractor shall constitute a deficiency for which a reduction of payment will be made.
A tour is strongly recommended. it is strongly recommended that all prospective bidders attend this tour to inspect each building by personal examination prior to submission of a bid.

Bids may be rejected if not properly marked or filled in pencil. bids submitted in pencil will be rejected as unresponsive and failure to mark the envelope may result in rejection.
