Hourly Rate Government Bids & RFPs

Emergency requests must be provided within 8 hours, urgent within 72 hours, and routine within 5 days. parts and/or repair services must be provided within eight (8) hours to mitigate emergency situation.

Payment terms are net 30 days. the county payment terms are net 30 days unless a cash discount is allowed for payment within not less than twenty (20) days.

Vendor must provide a warranty on all parts and labor for a minimum of 90 days. the successful vendor will be responsible for providing a warranty on all parts and labor for a minimum period of ninety (90) days.

Parts must be delivered within 5 days of order: delivery shall be made within five 5 days of receipt of order. Emergency items delivered immediately.

Payment based on contractor's normal invoice, must include item description, catalog number, quantity, unit price, net cost, contract and purchase order numbers, delivery date and location: payment will be based on any invoice used in the contractors normal course of business.

Parts guaranteed against faulty material and workmanship per manufacturer's standard warranty: every replacement part delivered shall be guaranteed against faulty material and workmanship in accordance with the manufacturers standard warranty. Repair work guaranteed 30 days after equipment back in operation.

Award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid is the lowest best value offer to the city by total bid price. MWBE bidders receive 5% price advantage.

Bidder must have a factory authorized parts and service facility adequate for the activity engaged in the services specified herein and employ factory trained certified personnel. Manufacturer's certification may be required.

Defective parts not replaced within 48 hours may be purchased on open market: any excess reprocurement cost may be deducted from monies owed to the contractor.

Bidders must have a warehouse for selling items covered in this bid. the bidder has in operation a warehouse adequate for and devoted to the selling of items covered in this bid to a large number of customers similar in size and/or scope to the city of rochester.
