The Navajo Nation Environmental Protection Agency (NNEPA) is seeking proposals for laboratory analytical services for surface water quality monitoring until September 30, 2027. Bidders must have certified capabilities for trace metals, inorganics, low-level mercury, and radionuclides, and/or subcontracting capabilities for organics, pesticides, PCBs, PFOS, VOCs, pharmaceuticals, etc. Proposals must be received by 4:30 pm on September 11, 2026. Evaluation criteria include ability to perform analyses (50%), price (25%), and timely/formatted results/additional services (25%).
